You answer
An AI interviewer asks questions and adapts to you — typed, spoken, or in a coding space. You'll see questions, a timer, and your workspace.
You're done
That's it. Your responses are scored against the same rubric as everyone else, and the hiring team reviews the results.
Why it's fair
- Every candidate answers the same standard, scored the same way — no first-impression bias.
- The AI doesn't decide. It writes a recommendation; a human on the hiring team makes the call.
- Every score traces back to something you actually said, wrote, or did.
- Proctoring signals are indicators for a human to review — never used to auto-reject you.
Your privacy
- Camera-based proctoring happens only with your explicit consent, captured before you begin.
- Clean moments aren't stored — only what's needed to substantiate the evaluation is kept.
- Your interview content is never used to train third-party AI models.
- You can access, correct, or request erasure of your data under the DPDP Act, 2023.

A few tips to do your best
Find a quiet, well-lit room. Use a stable connection. Keep your phone away and stay in frame. Think out loud — the interviewer follows your reasoning. And just be yourself; the fairest thing you can do is show your real work.
